Among embodiments of the present invention, a medical record management method is performed in a medical record service system which can connect to a metadata storage for managing metadata on at least one data element included in a medical record and a mapping rule related to the metadata. The medical record management method comprises the steps of: inquiring a mapping rule on at least one data element included in a first medical record; and requesting to generate the mapping rule related to the corresponding data element when the mapping rule is not present as a result of the inquiry. |
