The present invention relates to an organic optoelectronic element, and a display device comprising the organic optoelectronic element. More particularly, the organic optoelectronic element comprises: an anode and a cathode facing each other; a luminous layer positioned between the anode and the cathode; a hole transfer layer positioned between the anode and the luminous layer; and a hole transfer assistant layer positioned between the hole transfer layer and the luminous layer. The hole transfer layer includes at least one type of a first compound represented by chemical formula 1, and the hole transfer assistant layer includes at least one type of a second compound represented by a combination of chemical formula 2 and chemical formula 3. The chemical formula 1 to chemical formula 3 are the same as defined in the specification.
