The conveyor belt moves over a grid (6) which is adjoined by a first transport base (7) which has at the outlet end an air nozzle (8) which extends over the width of the base. This transport base is adjoined by the second transport base (9) whose outlet end has an air nozzle (10) extending over same. A guide plate (12) is mounted underneath the outlet end of the second base and a further guide plate (14) is mounted underneath the grid and these two plates lead to a collecting channel (15). The discharge angle can be set very steep ie between 45 and 80 deg. ADVANTAGE - More effective separation.
