<p>An apparatus for generating electrolytic water, in which source water inside an electrolytic bath is separated into alkaline water and acidic water by supplying power to electrodes disposed inside the electrolytic bath. This apparatus includes detection means for detecting the quantity or pressure of source water introduced into the electrolytic bath, power regulation means for regulation power supplied to the electrodes inside the electrolytic bath, and control means for regulating the power supplied to the electrodes through power regulation means on the basis of the quantity or pressure detected by the detection means so as to keep the pH value of alkaline or acidic water within a predetermined range. According to this structure, the control means regulates the power supplied to the electrodes on the water quantity or pressure detected by the detection means, so that the pH value of electrolytic water can be kept within a predetermined range irrespective of the quantity of source water introduced into the electrolytic bath.</p> |
