Provided are an array substrate and manufacturing method and display panel thereof, the array substrate comprising: a substrate (1), comprising a display region and a non-display region; metal conductive layers, an insulation layer (3) above the metal conductive layers, and auxiliary conductive layers above the insulation layer (3) sequentially formed on the substrate (1), wherein the metal conductive layers comprise a plurality of first conducting wires (2), and the auxiliary conductive layers comprise a plurality of second conducting wires (4); each of the plurality of the first conducting wires (2) corresponds to at least one of the plurality of the second conducting wires (4), and each of the plurality of the second conducting wires (4) is electrically connected to the corresponding first conducting wires (2) via connecting structures (51, 52) in the insulation layer (3), the vertical projection of the connecting structures (51, 52) being located in the non-display region. The above structure achieves a narrow frame display panel, thus reducing manufacturing difficulty of the narrow frame display panel. |
