The apparatus washes the surface of wide glass plate and simultaneously removes faint stains in manufacturing the laminated glasses. The apparatus (A) comprises a pair of multi-storey rollers (1) and single-storey rollers (4) for inserting vertically a glass plate in the gap between the rollers and feeding the plate; conveyor rollers (2) for supporting the plate; roller brushes (3) for washing the plate and removing moisture. The rollers (1)(4) made of flexible and low-hardness rubber and the brushes (3) are arranged in a line. A pair of air brushes (5) having an air inlet (8) and an air outlet (7) are provided at the end of the line.
