PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or inhibit influence of dispersion due to environment used and influence of a position of a chest pocket to be used, of a garment of a subject in a sphygmomanometer.SOLUTION: A sphygmomanometer 1 includes: a cuff 3 provided with a sensor for detecting a blood pressure value at a wrist 110 of a subject 100 and worn around the wrist; a body part 2 that has an arithmetic part for calculating the blood pressure value on the basis of a detection value detected by the sensor and is integrally formed with the cuff 3; and a guide rod 5 (an example of a support member) that has the blood pressure measurement support part 7 supported by the body part and is supported, with it sandwiched in an armpit 120 of the subject. The guide rod 5 holds the sensor at a position of the height of the heart of the subject, with it supported by the subject.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
