PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-liquid separation device where a screw is disposed at a solid-liquid separation portion divided by a plurality of fixed members and movable members disposed between the neighboring fixed members, sludge entered into the solid-liquid separation portion is carried toward the outlet of the solid-liquid separation portion while pushing and moving the movable members with the rotating screw, a filtrate is discharged to the outside of the solid-liquid separation portion from a filtrate discharge gap between the fixed members and the movable members and the adhesion of a large amount of the sludge to the screw, the moving members and the fixed members is prevented.SOLUTION: A non-adhesive material is coated on the surface portion of a screw 24 without contacting with the inner peripheral surfaces 33 of movable members 6 and the entire surfaces of fixed members 5 until the screw 24 reaches replacement timing from an initial state.
