METHOD OF PRODUCING HEATED PRODUCTS IN MULTI-PRODUCT MIXED FLOW SYSTEM.

It becomes possible to produce products requiring heat treatment by use of heating facilities fewer than the pre-process facilities plus the post-process facilities, in a state of mixed flow of multiple products, economically, highly efficiently and without misclassification. The preprocess facilities (molding presses 4-1 - 4-3) and the post-process facilities (sizing presses 6-1, 6-2 and other finishing facilities 7) are provided before and after a sintering furnace (5). Furthermore, there are provided conveying device including a conveyor 8-2 for conveying, a return conveyor 8-2, unloading devices 11-1 - 11-1 - 14- 3. Further, there are provided a first moving device (12) between the inlet portion of the furnace and the conveyor 8-1, and a second moving device (13) between the outlet portion of the furnace and the conveyor 8-2, respectively, and products (works) contained in heat-resistant trays which are housed in a conveying case are supplied to the sintering furnace, with products (works) contained in each of the heat-resistant trays being unloaded from the case by means of the conveying device (12). Furthermore, the vacant case is returned to the conveyor 8-1 for separate conveying, and the heat-resistant trays after the heat treatment are returned to the original case by means of the moving device (13) and conveyed toward the post-process facilities by means of the conveyor 8-3.
