The alarm system includes a switch, connected to the engine starter, in the locking tube of the seat belt so that the engine will not start if the driver does not wear the seat belt in a time interval. A pair of electrical terminals made of elastic material are installed in the locking tube. Between them is a separating piece hinged on a pin. One of the electrical terminals is connected to the terminal of the electromagnet of a relay switch, and the other electrical terminal is earthed. A start terminal of the key box is connected to anothe relay switch, and the other terminal is connected to an alarm switch.
