The manufacturing system for packing sheath comprises a printing ink roller (6) for printing a front sheet (A), guide rollers (3) for carrying the sheet (A), ink tank (5) for containing printing ink (4), a doctor blade (7) to remove smeared ink on the surface of the roller (6), circular cutters (9A) for cutting packing sheaths, second roller (8) for sticking sheet (A) and sheet (B), a mixed liquid tank (17) containing the ink and an adhesive, a fixed cutter (11) slantly installed, a rotating cutter (12), and conveyor belt (16A) for feeding the packing sheaths. The system automatically manufactures packing sheaths for packing spoons.
