PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of an internal combustion engine with which a period for which a fuel injection amount is subjected to increase correction is prevented from excessively prolonging, in a case where fuel cut treatment is ended and fuel injection is executed.SOLUTION: When fuel cut treatment is ended and fuel injection is executed, an increase coefficient B to a base injection amount is set so that the increase coefficient in a case where duration of the fuel cut treatment is short (curve 2) is smaller than the increase coefficient in a case where the duration is long (curve f1). Also, a reduction rate of the increase coefficient B is set so that the reduction rate in the case where the duration is short (curve 2) is smaller than the reduction rate in the case where the duration is long (curve f1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
