BATTERY VOLTAGE DROP ALARM CIRCUIT FOR PORTABLE TRANSMITTER-RECEIVER

PURPOSE:To prevent a talking from being interrupted due to the expiration of the service life of the battery during talking by detecting optionally a battery voltage of the radio transmitter-receiver so as to recognize a remaining time available for talking. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is provided with a dummy load 2 through which a current equivalent to a current consumption at transmission flows and a voltage detection circuit 3 digitally converting a voltage applied to the dummy load 2 and a voltage of a battery 1 is switchingly connected to the dummy load 2 in a prescribed timing by a switch SW2. When detection data are outputted from the voltage detection circuit 3, an alarm device 4 is activated with a program comparing the detection data with set voltage in the standby state and during the talking.
