Provided are an automatic teller machine and a return path gate apparatus thereof. The return path gate apparatus of the automatic teller machine includes: a driving shaft installed on the return path of bill; a gate blade arranged to be spaced in a longitudinal direction of the driving shaft to guide the bill to the return path; an actuator for rotating the driving shaft; and a link unit for connecting the driving shaft and the actuator to be driven.
