PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of flashes by forming a recess on an adhesive region of a molded board corresponding to protrusions provided on an inner periphery and an outer periphery of a clearance between a floating punch and an inner stamper retainer. CONSTITUTION:Protrusions 10a, 10b are respectively formed on an outer peripheral region of a floating punch 8 and an inner peripheral region of an inner stamper retainer 9. Protrusions 11a, 11b are also respectively formed on inner and outer peripheries of an air diffuser 11 provided in the retainer 9. Such protrusions 10a, 10b, 11a, 11b are formed thereby to disperse pressure of resin to be applied to a clearance 10 and the diffuser 11 when a molded board is manufactured. Thus, the resin is not introduced into the clearance 10 and the diffuser 11, thereby preventing flashes. |
