PURPOSE: To facilitate the measurement of torque and balance keeping by providing a torque sensor capable of detecting or measuring the torque of a rotor and devices with respect to a pitch axial line inside a panhead. CONSTITUTION: This panhead 1 for placing such device 2 as cameras for a movie film or a television provided with a stator and the rotor 7 rotating centering the pitch axial line A is provide with the torque sensor 31 for detecting the torque of the rotor 7 centering the axial line A and the device 2. Consequently, in the case of the panhead for the cameras for the movie film or the television, the torque added by the camera can be detected not only on a still position, that is, a zero position but the optional pitching position of the camera centering the axial line A by using the device 2. Thus, torque measurement and the balance keeping can be facilitated, and the balance keeping can be performed on a position other than the still position, that is, zero position according to circumstances. |
