<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a thick-film thermistor having high heat-resisting stability, low resistance, and a high B constant by constituting it out of glass, a mixed, heated, and sintered substance of 2 kinds or more of metal oxides having thermistor characteristics, and a mixed and sintered substance of a first conductive material and a second conductive material. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds or more of metal oxides of Mn, Co, etc., having thermistor characteristics are mixed, heated, and sintered. To this sintered substance, RuO2 is added as a first conductive material. In addition, a mixed, heated, and sintered substance of any two kinds or more out of oxides, hydroxides, and carbonates of Co and La, or Cu and La as a second conductive material, and glass are added. This thick-film thermistor body 3 is printed and sintered in a shape of being sandwitched between electrodes 2 and 2 formed above and below on a substrate 1 facing each other. This makes it possible to obtain thick-film thermistors having excellent heat-resisting stability, low resistance, and a high B constant.</p> |
