PURPOSE:To enhance the surface magnetic field by focusing and orientating the axis of easy magnetization of magnetic powder particles in the section in the longitudinal direction of magnet on the central part of acting surface at the inner side in a segment-shaped magnet having an arc shape for the inner side of its cross section being extended in the longitudinal direction with the inner curved surface as the acting surface. CONSTITUTION:In opposite to the curved surface at the inner side of a segment- shaped cavity 1, a curve-shaped main magnetic pole 3 narrower than the length of the segment is located at the central part of the segment; an opposing magnetic pole 4 is arranged throughout the whole area of outer perimeter of the segment-shaped cavity 1; and the lines of magnetic force inside the formed die cavity are concentrated in the central part of the curved surface at the inner side. Then, the orientation of a magnetic material built in the cavity is aligned with the direction of the lines of magnetic force. By doing this, the magnetic flux after magnetization can be effectively focused, and the surface magnetic field on the actual acting surface of the magnet can be improved. |
