<p>PURPOSE:To provide a digital sound recording and reproducing device for recording while cutting an unwanted part indicated with the sub-information of a digital audio input signal. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of an ID detection circuit 3 detecting a start ID and a shortening ID from the digital audio input signal, an ID processor circuit 4 controlling a traveling mode at the time of recording by ID information detected with the ID detection circuit and a magnetic recording medium traveling device 10 traveling a magnetic recording medium 8 in accordance with the control of the ID processor circuit then the magnetic recording medium is in the state of recording pose at the time of detecting the shortening ID. By recording while cutting the unwanted part from the digital audio input signal, the waste of the magnetic recording medium is prevented, and editing and recording cutting the unwanted part is facilitated.</p> |
