PURPOSE:To improve the service to the delivery destination and to reduce trouble of reply by automatically making a contact of a delay time to the delivery destination when a commodity is delivered. CONSTITUTION:The delivery time is noticed automatically by means of a phone call by utilizing a function of a central processing unit 1, a voice synthesizer 7 and a pushphone line. When a special delay is caused, a portable telephone set or an automobile telephone set of delivery cars 12a,12b is used to input delay data to the system, then the delay time is calculated and the delivery time after revision is automatically noticed to the remaining delivery destinations. That is, the actual delivery time is received from the delivery cars 12a,12b on the delivery day and the time is collated with a delivery schedule time, and when any delay is caused in the delivery, the delay in the delivery is communicated to a succeeding delivery destination. Thus, an inquiry from the delivery destination is avoided and the inquiry is automatically replied, then the trouble with respect to the inquiry is saved. |
