<p>PURPOSE:To provide means of easily stretching and installing wires for preventing damages by birds on high voltage power transmission facilities in live state. CONSTITUTION:A post 11, to which one end of a bird damage prevention wire 13 is attached, is supported by a holding device 5 at the tip of an operation rod, a mounting clamp 15 attached to the bottom end of the post 11 is attached to steel angle, an attachment 24 of a driver 22 attached to the other end tip of the operation rod 21 is fitted to a bolt 16 attached to the mounting clamp 15, and the bolt 16 can be screwed downward by driving a driver 22.</p> |
