PURPOSE:To obtain a stable performance Which makes it possible to reinforce a mechanical strength while an electrical connection between a coil-side electrode terminal and a power-side electrode terminal is assured; which, for example, makes it possible to eliminate electrical and mechanical connection difficulties of high temperature superconductors such as an oxide high temperature superconductor. CONSTITUTION:This invention is directed to interpose intervening members 24 between a high temperature superconductor, a coil-side electrode terminal 21 and a power-side electrode terminal 22, and to integrate them together by a filament winding technique. The intervening members 24, which are made of a relatively soft conductive material, are interposed between connecting tilt surfaces 21B, 22B, 23B and 23C, being arranged opposite to each other, between the high temperature superconductor (an oxide high temperature superconductor 23), the coil-side electrode terminal 21 and the power-side electrode terminal 22. These are integrated together by a filament winding technique using a thermal insulating filament 26. |
