PURPOSE:Titled composition ahving excellent weather resistance, antifouling properties and less crosslinking hindrance, prepared by adding two specific flame retardants to a polyolefin resin. CONSTITUTION:To 100pts.wt. of (A) a polyolefin resin such as PE or PP are added 5-60pts.wt. of (B) a flame retardant prepared by mixing (a) at least one member selected from the group consisting of perchloropentacyclodecane, dodecachrododecadimethanodibenzocyclooctene and dodecachlorooctahydrodimethanodibenzofuran with (b) 1,2-bis(2,3,4,5,6-pentabromophenoxy)ethane, so as to provide a weight ratio, Br/Cl, of 0.1-5.0 : 1, and optionally 1.0-40pts.wt. of(C) a flame retarding aid such as zirconium oxide or antimony oxide. |
