PURPOSE:To prevent an electromagnetic field from leaking out or being reflected from the terminal of an integrated circuit where multilayer dielectric board is employed. CONSTITUTION:Through-hole conductors 3a and 3b disposed separate from a terminal 3 by a prescribed distance R are provided around the terminal 3, and a distance between the through-hole conductors 3a and 3b is set half the wavelength of the highest operating frequency.
