<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a curve simply by making the iron core tooth part and a yoke part into an engaging or fastening structure, and mounting the coil single-layer concentrated winding on the tooth part, and using the object being made by processing iron core engaging grooves radially at the core, etc., and cutting it in fan shapes after the curve as for the insulating part. CONSTITUTION:Many engaging grooves 2 are made at the top of a winding iron core (yoke) a1, which has a specified radius of curvature, so that cores may be disposed adjacently at specified intervals thereon. This engaging groove 2 is made in dovetail groove type when necessary so that the coil core engaged with this may not fall. For an iron core foot 3, plural sheets of iron cores are plied on top of one another, and concentrated winding coil is applied outside of it, and besides teeth for engaging with the engaging groove of the yoke 1 is made at the bottom. And, the teeth of the iron core tooth part 3 where concentrated winding coil is applied is engaged with each engaging groove 3 of the yoke 1 having a specified radius of curvature, and then each coil is connected in three phases so as to constitute the primary coil of a linear motor.</p> |
