<p>PURPOSE:To provide a positive temperature coefficient thermistor element light in weight, small in size, easy to handle and high in functionality. CONSTITUTION:In a positive temperature coefficient thermistor ceramic 4 composed of a demagnetizing positive temperature coefficient thermistor 2 with a Curie point of about 50 degrees and a heating positive temperature coefficient thermistor 3 with a Curie point of about 130 degrees formed into one united body, a common electrode 5 to bridge one-side voltage applying parts of both positive temperature coefficient thermistors 2 and 3 is formed. In addition, a first electrode 6 and a second electrode 7 are provided independently in the other-side voltage applying parts of the positive temperature coefficient thermistors 2 and 3 respectively, and a signal composite temperature coefficient thermistor element 1 is produced.</p> |
