PURPOSE:To execute an optimum page printing at a prescribed position even in the case of printing a series of document by setting paper to coexist longitudinally and latitudinally and even when the sizes of paper are different. CONSTITUTION:A document processor 10 is provided with CPU 11, a document memory 13 storing document information being prepared, a format set storage part 14 consisting of a document part 21 storing document formats such as the paper size of the whole document, the direction of paper, written longitudinally/latitudinally and the numbers of lines/columns, etc.., and page document parts 22 and 23 storing the page formats at every page, a page output correcting part 15 rotationally correcting the output position of page printing in accordance with the paper direction, an input part 16 consisting of a keyboard provided with a key and a function key to input various kinds of data, a display device 17 displaying input data and document data, etc., and a printer 18 printing/outputting document data. Then, the device discriminates whether the format of the whole document and the page format are coincide or not and when they are not coincide, the device prints the data of the page by an output shape so as to make the document coincide with the format of the whole document. |
