PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition which can form a cured film excellent in adhesiveness and transparency, and is excellent in preservation stability, wherein a cured film for a display element in this invention is excellent in adhesiveness and transparency, and accordingly can be suitably used as an interlayer insulation film, a protective film, a spacer and the like of the display element.SOLUTION: A curable resin composition contains [A] a polymer having a group represented by formula (1A) and a structural unit containing a carboxyl group; and [B] a basin compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
