PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that can prevent a slide member from coming off, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: There is provided a fixing device 10 comprising: a rotary body 66; an endless belt-like body 72 that is in contact with the rotary body 66 to form a contact area 102; a heat source 86 that heats the contact area 102; a holding body 100 that rotatably holds the endless belt-like body 72 inside the endless belt-like body 72; and a slide member 124 that is provided between the endless belt-like body 72 and the holding body 100 and on which the endless belt-like body 72 slides, where a projection part 114 is formed on either one of the holding body 100 and the slide member 124 and a recess part 126 is formed on the other; the projection part 114 and the recess part 126 are fitted to each other and thereby the slide member 124 is fixed to the holding body 100; the fixing device 10 includes a prevention member 128 that prevents the fitting of the projection part 114 and the recess part 126 from being released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
