PURPOSE:To obtain an information processor capable of simultaneously corresponding to plural lines and preventing a computer from excessive load. CONSTITUTION:A voice response equipment 22 in the information processor 10 is connected to plural lines so as to give services to plural telephone terminals 32. A control part 35 divides processing to be executed between the equipment 22 and one telephone terminal 32 into plural transactions so as to complete respective transactions and respective processing states are stored so that the processing contents can be utilized for the succeeding processing. Consequently processing for plural lines can be attained. |
