PURPOSE:To mount an ID card on a vehicle to manage and automatiza the control, to manage entrance and leaving of vehicles on which IC cards are mounted as well as vehicles on which they are not mounted in real time, and to automatically process the management information by a computer to rationalize a system. CONSTITUTION:An ID card 1 mounted on a vehicle, a contactless sensor 3 which reads the ID code of the ID card 1, a vehicle passage sensor 4, a data gathering controller 5 to which an alarm display means is connected, and a simple input terminal equipment 10 from which data is manually inputted to a computer 6 are provided. The host computer 6 is provided which performs daily totalization and monthly totalization of each vehicle classification, each company, or the like in accordance with data transmitted from the data gathering controller 5 and the simple input terminal equipment 10 and outputs the form of a daily report, a monthly report, or the like. The read ID code is transmitted to the data gathering controller 5 and is inputted to the host computer 6, and the data gathering controller 5 outputs an alarm signal in the case of the vehicle on which the IC card 1 is not mounted. |
