PURPOSE:To easily deform the whole character string or figure group at one time with a certain regularity by performing deformation calculation for obtaining a deformed shape wherein a deformation area is specified to coordinate point data of read-out outline data. CONSTITUTION:A deformation part 7 has a deformation arithmetic part 100, a relative position calculation part 101, a position addition part 102, a size division part 103, a size multiplication part 104, and a position subtraction part 105. When the whole character string or figure group is deformed at one time, a relative position with a rectangular area including the character string and figure group to be deformed is added to outline data of all the characters or figures in the rectangular area, the outline data to which the relative position is added is divided by the size of the rectangular area, and then the deformation arithmetic for deforming one character or figure is performed. Then, the outline data after the deformation arithmetic is multiplied by the size of the rectangular area. |
