<p>PURPOSE:To allow a single hardware to cope with different cell times by providing extension terminals to the monitor so that a changeover circuit selects an extension terminal thereby connecting plural equipments in cascade. CONSTITUTION:A count of an up-down counter 4 is inputted to an adder circuit 12 and its sum output is given to a comparison discrimination circuit 6. Moreover, extension terminals 11-1 to 11-4 are provided to the monitor and an input to a delay circuit 3 is selectively switched to a detection output of a cell detection circuit 2 or the extension terminal 11-1 by a changeover circuit 8. Through the constitution above, in the monitor monitoring whether or not a condition of transmission inhibit of cells in excess of n-sets of cells within an m-cell time is satisfied, even when the value (m) varies, the combination of one kind of hardwares are utilized for the requirement by setting the changeover circuit 8 so as to connect plural equipments in cascade.</p> |
