<p>PURPOSE:To realize a DTF control in a wide band and noiseless high speed reproducing at scoresfold the speed without deteriorating a picture and also to always obtain optimum contact between a head and a tape by a high precision wide band tension control. CONSTITUTION:One pair of inlet side fixed pins 10a1 and 10a2 and an inlet side movable pin 9a to be driven by an inlet side tape actuator 11a are provided on the inlet side of a head cylinder equipped with a rotary head H, where a magnetic tape T is supplied, and the inlet side movable pin 9a is moved by controlling this inlet side tape actuator 11a so that tension of the magnetic tape T in a head cylinder part can be controlled. Then, when reproducing is performed at a tape speed which is different from that at the recording time, tracking can be carried out by moving the above inlet side tape actuator 11a and an outlet side tape actuator 11b differentially from each other.</p> |
