<p>PURPOSE:To automate the work of lifting a tension rope from the ground conventionally performed by workers on a steel tower and assure the definite feeding of the rope. CONSTITUTION:A fixed case 2 and a movable case 3 (backward and forward) are provided on a frame 1. A pair of drive gears A and B interlocking each other and a driven gear 8 interlocked with the drive gear A are provided in the fixed case 2. Another driven gear 8 interlocking with the drive gear B is provided in the movable case 3. A roller 9 is provided on the same axis of each driven gear 8, and oppositely a rope R is made holdable. For moving the movable case 3 forward and backward, a U-clamp 10 and a lever 13 are used. One end of U-clamp is attached to the movable case, passes through a holed shaft 11, and a push-spring (b) is attached at the other end. One end of lever is attached to the fixed case 2 and supports the holed shaft 11 at the central part.</p> |
