PURPOSE:To eliminate the trouble of waiting after the selection of disk by playing an accompaniment to specified music once the music is specified and substantially shortening the time for the disk selection. CONSTITUTION:Introduction data on only specific-time introduction parts of all pieces of music recorded on plural disks 1 for normal reproduction are recorded on an introduction disk 7; once optional music is specified, the introduction data corresponding to the specified music are reproduced from the introduction disk 7 to generate a sound. Then when reproduction is started after the replacement of the disk 1 for normal reproduction, a system controller 13 controls a mixer 12 so that the introduction data and normal sound data reproduced from the disk 1 for normal reproduction are cross-faded. |
