Then unused customer No., expected date and time for use, expected date and time for leaving and name are inputted with a keyboard 6. Further, the reservation table data is generated for the customer and stored in a reservation table. With this state, when the current date and time enters into the preliminary announced entrance time of a set memory 4, the No. and its name of the customer are displayed in an expected entrance display area of a display device 8. So, a manager can confirm a customer whose expected use is approaching based upon the display contents. And he can make preparations for accepting the customer such as manager's going to the air port for receiving a car. |
