<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a developer for an electrophotographic device capable of easily executing stable excellent development without having the shortage of a magnetic carrier, even if a developer is rich in toner, in a developer for an electrophotographic device adopting, what is called, a magnetic brush developing system. CONSTITUTION:In the developer for the electrophotographic device, the magnetic carrier 2 to which the toner 3 is stuck by electrostatic force generated by triboelectrification is held on the outer periphery of a developing roller 21 in the state of the magnetic brush 5, and a nap height regulating member 24 is provided to face oppositely to the developing roller 21, thereby the quantity of the toner 3 carried to a developing part together with the magnetic carrier 2 by the rotation of the developing roller 21 is regulated by the nap height regulating member 24 and the physical value of the magnetic carrier 2 is constituted so as not cut the magnetic brush 5 when it collides with the nap height regulating member 24.</p> |
