<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily detect a break of a trough and the position of the break by laying detecting wires alternately from main body of trough to lid of trough repetitively. CONSTITUTION:A detecting line 8 is so arranged that it is connected from main body of a trough 3A to lid body of trough 3B alternately and repetitively along the flange 4B. In this case, the detecting line 8 is attached to the upward- projected portion of a bolt 5 and then downward projected portion of the bolt 5 alternately and repetitively. The detecting line 8 returns back at the one end of the trough 3 and goes back along the other flange 4A to the starting point, and both the ends are connected to a detector 9. If a constant current is always applied to the detecting line 8, the detector 9 has two sections, one of which detects the current values, and other section detects the point where the detecting line 8 is broken. Thus, if the joint between the main body 3A of trough and the lid body 3B of trough is broken due to the thermal expansion force by cables 1 and this force is applied to the detecting line 8, then the detecting line 8 is broken and this is detected.</p> |
