PURPOSE:To provide a laser device for ophthalmologic operation whereby a laser beam is conducted to a probe, with which a sclera will not be damaged even though the probe is inserted from outside of the eye undergoing operation by bending the part of probe near its foremost, and forming the probe tip approx. in a spherical form. CONSTITUTION:The probe of a laser device has a connection part 30 to be inserted to a fiber connector, and in this connection part 30 the end face of an optical fiber 31 is positioned at the focal point of a condenser lens, wherein the optical fiber 31 penetrates a light cable 10 and probe and emits light from the tip of the probe. The probe is composed of a chip 33 and a grip 32 for the operator to hold the probe, and the part near the foremost of the chip 33 is bent approx. 70-90deg. so that pressing the eye bottom is easy with a small incision wherein the operating easiness, limit of loop. and length of the bend are taken into account, and further at the foremost thereof a sphere 34 of a dia. 2-4mm is provided so that the position of pressing can be observed distinctly through the pupil and that no damage is caused to the sclera. |
