<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring method which does not require a number of measuring personnels and can measure a single flow rate simply and highly accurately. CONSTITUTION:A pair of spot-shaped reflection plates 2 and 3 are placed in the direction of driving course at a starting position S of a straight driving course 1 and a band-shaped reflection plate 4 which crosses the driving course 1 is placed at an ending position E. On the other hand, an external trigger 6 which detects a reflection plate without any contact, a non-contact type crosswise speed meter 7, and a microcomputer 8 for calculation are mounted to a measuring vehicle 5. An amount of displacement C in crosswise direction of the measuring vehicle 5 is calculated by the microcomputer 8 based on a signal at a time when the external trigger 6 detected the reflection plates 2 and 3 at the starting position S when the measuring vehicle 5 drives the driving course 1, a signal at a time when the reflection plate 4 at the ending position E detected, and a crosswise speed which is detected by the non-contact type crosswise speed meter 7 between both signals.</p> |
