<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative panel not damaging the feeling of a material and having a surface quality feeling developing a visually soft feeling by embedding a sheet having resin impregnation properties such as a nonwoven fabric or Japanese paper in an unsaturated polyester resin layer in the visinity of the surface layer thereof. CONSTITUTION:A decorative panel 3 wherein a pattern layer 6 of a grain pattern or the like is provided to titanium paper is bonded to a base material 1 such as plywood by an adhesive 2. Next, an unsaturated polyester resin 4 is cast on the decorative panel 3 and a resin film 8 composed of vinylon or Tetlon is set to a wood or metal retaining mold 7 and a nonwoven fabric or Japanese paper having a peculiar feeling is set to the inside of the retaining mold 7. Subsequently, the unsaturated polyester resin 4 is covered with the retaining mold 7 having the nonwoven fabric or Japanese paper set thereto form above so that the surface of the nonwoven fabric or Japanese paper comes into contact with the unsaturated polyester resin 4. Further, the unsaturated polyester resin is uniformly rolled from above by a small roller through the resin film 8 applied to the retaining mold 7 under tension. By this method, the resin penetrates in the nonwoven fabric or Japanese paper.</p> |
