PURPOSE: To obtain a new medical composition containing a specific phosphatidyl serine, and advantageous for the prevention and treatment of various retrograde diseases related to an autoimmunoinsufficiency related to tumor necrosis factor, e.g. multiple sclerosis. CONSTITUTION: This medicinal composition contains a compound of formula I X is H, COOH, (CH2 )n OCOR [COR is an acyl group of an aliphatic or an aromatic acid; (n) is 1, 2], etc.; B is (CH2 )m OY [Y is H, COR; (m) is 1-4], formula II [(m) is 1-3] or a mixture of compounds of formula I having different Rs from each other in the case that the CORs are derived from higher aliphatic acids such as presenting in a natural phospholipid, or their salts.
