PURPOSE:To cut, an extremely fine wire without loading the tension and to prevent the development of flaw by detecting the tension according to shifting of a guide pulley for guiding the extremely fine wire and working a cutter with the detected signal CONSTITUTION:A delivering spool 1 is rotated with a motor 2 while adjusting the speed and the tension in the delivering direction of the extremely fine wire 10. An arm 4 for supplying a guide pulley 3 rotatably in the condition of the fixed tension is arranged almost at the prescribed position. The arm 4 is turned as centering the swing shaft 5 and a clog 7 is fixed in the swing shaft 5. At the time of completing the delivering of the extremely fine wire 10, the tension loaded to the extremely fine wire 10 is rapidly increased and the arm 4 is swung. By this method, the dog 7 is rotated and a photo-sensor 8 detects a slit of the dog 7. By working an air nipper 9 from a signal generated with the detection, the extremely fine wire 10 is cut.
