The system for obtaining the high resolution by removing the noise signal comprises: a separator (11) separating the composite picture signal into the chrominance signal and the luminance signal; an A/D converter (12) converting the separated luminance signal (Y) into the digital signal; a delayer (13) delaying the time as much as the relevant interval for matching the luminance signal outputted from an A/D converter with the chrominance signal; a subtractor (14) subtracting the signal limitted by the delayer; a field memory (15) delaying the output signal of subtractor as much as one field; a D/A converter (18) converting the digital signal outputted from the subtractor (14) into the analog signal.
