METHOD FOR DETECTING NUCLEIC ACID

PURPOSE:To carry out detection of the objective nucleic acid in high sensitivity and short time without carrying out electrophoresis. CONSTITUTION:A specific DNA is proliferated by a PCR method using two kinds of oligonucleotides in which at least one is labeled as a chain extending reaction primer and then the resultant reaction product is added to a microplate fixing a label-specific substance used in the above-mentioned reaction to the labeled oligonucleotide containing a part of a proliferation fragment and complimentary sequence and signal produced by the label is measured to detect whether or not the objective nucleic acid exists.
