<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an engine stall by calculating a value corresponding to deceleration of a car speed and also a value corresponding to a deceleration change rate from the value corresponding to this deceleration, so that an automatic clutch is open-controlled when the value corresponding to the deceleration change rate is a predetermined value or more. CONSTITUTION:In a continuously variable transmission which is provide with a fixed delivery type oil hydraulic pump P driven by an engine E and a variable displacement oil hydraulic motor M having an output shaft 2 for driving wheels, to control a feed amount of oil to the oil hydraulic motor M from the oil hydraulic pump P by a clutch valve 10, a pulse signal from a rotation sensor 75 for detecting a rotational speed of the output shaft 2 is input to a controller 70 here to calculate a car speed V. A value corresponding to deceleration dV/dt is calculated from the car speed V and also calculating a value corresponding to a deceleration change rate d<2>V/d<2>t from the value corresponding to the deceleration dV/dt. When the value corresponding to the deceleration change rate d<2>V/d<2>t is a predetermined value or more, the clutch valve 10 is quickly opened to prevent a wheel lock.</p> |
