<p>PURPOSE:To equip a recording apparatus with a method and a device therefor that is capable of executing bundling of recording paper at high speed without incurring damages and buckling to the paper and is also capable of dividing certainly the same into pieces while making the recording paper usable as an individual sheet. CONSTITUTION:A tape 15, unwound by operation of a drive roller, is held with a holding claw and is made up in a loop. After sheets of recording paper P are stacked up in the loop, a bundle of the recording paper P is held down with a pressing member 31 and is clamped therewith by reverse rotation of the drive roller. Overlapping parts of the tape 15 are then stuck together by heating and after that, the end part of the tape is cut off with a cutter. In the above-mentioned operations, holding by the pressing member 31 and delivery operation delivering the bundled paper to a delivery tray through a delivery belt are controlled with a control device.</p> |
