PRINTING FORM PLATE GRANULATED BY ARCM, MANUFACTURE THEREOF AND THIN LAYER SHAPED SHEET

PURPOSE: To improve absorbability of ink by obtaining sheet surface of an arc-granulated structure characterized by sufficient densely packed tops and piling up the coating of a photosensitive resist on the coating without containing phosphate of this surface. CONSTITUTION: An aluminium sheet 10 is fitted on the surface of a drum 20 functioning as a heat-sink means revolved by a motor 30, and an electrode 12 like a tungsten electrode is installed on the drum 20 so as to generate plasma. The electrode 12 is held within a gas-feeding pipe, the flow of gas is controlled by a valve attached on the gas-feeding pipe, and ionizable gas which does not react to the electrode 12 or the aluminium sheet 10 is fed to the shield area near the tip of the electrode. Then, the sheet surface with the arc-granulated structure characterized by sufficient densely packed tops is obtained, and the coating of the photosensitive resist is piled up on the coating containing no phosphate on this surface.
