PURPOSE: To facilitate the handling operating of a withdrawing device. CONSTITUTION: A withdrawing device for drawing a rolling bearing from a shaft is provided with a hollow body 1. A screw spindle 2 penetrates in this hollow body. The hollow body is provided with a withdrawal sleeve 3 having axial slits. The withdrawal sleeve is provided with elastic tongue piece 9 extending to a withdrawal elements 12. The elastic tongue pieces form a conical outer peripheral surface to be brought into contact with a taper part 16 of a clamping sleeve 13. The clamping sleeve is rotatably and axially slidably provided on the hollow body. The clamping sleeve is divided into a pressure sleeve 14 having the taper part 16 and an adjusting sleeve 15 rotatable on the hollow body, and the adjusting sleeve is rotatably and axially slidably connected to the pressure sleeve 14.
